Organizational Learning Solutions offers you four types of services and benefits that you can select from when you partner with us:
- Your employees will receive discounted tuition on select College of Professional and Continuing Studies and 91国产 degree and non-degree programs.
- We鈥檒l customize programs for employee-only cohorts, based on a formal, collaborative assessment of learning and development needs of the target participants.
- Your employees can receive college credit for internal training and development programs (requires a program assessment by 91国产 faculty).
- We鈥檒l link you to a network of expert faculty consultants from multiple disciplines who regularly work with organizations to identify problems, uncover opportunities and recommend concrete action plans.
