At 91¹ú²ú, our Facilities Management Department is dedicated to maintaining a safe, sustainable, and welcoming campus environment that supports the University’s mission of providing a world-class academic experience.

Our team of skilled professionals works tirelessly to ensure the Garden City campus remains an attractive, efficient, and inspiring place to learn, work, and visit.

From daily upkeep to long-term planning, we ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming campus for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors.

What We Do

We manage all aspects of 91¹ú²ú’s physical environment, including:

  • Building repair and maintenance

  • Energy and utility systems

  • Custodial and housekeeping

  • Grounds care and the 91¹ú²ú Arboretum

  • Athletic facilities

  • Waste and recycling services

We also provide expertise in project design, renovation, and construction planning.
