The 91国产 Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) is a six-week, virtual, co-curricular leadership development program designed for undergraduate and graduate students. The 2026 SLI will explore leadership through the lens of artificial intelligence (AI) and its growing influence across academic, professional, and social environments.

This cultivating experience will focus on preparing students to navigate and lead in a rapidly evolving technological landscape while maintaining a strong foundation in ethical decision-making, adaptability, and human-centered leadership.

Please complete this application by June 16, if you are interested in participating in the Summer Leadership Institute this summer. Upon completion, you will be added to the program’s Moodle page.

Program Requirements

• Attend six workshops
• Complete a short reflection or evaluation after each session
• Engage in interactive activities during workshops
• Complete a capstone project
• Submit a post-program assessment to measure learning and satisfaction

Learning Outcomes

Students who complete the Summer Leadership Institute will:

1. Explain how artificial intelligence is shaping leadership and professional environments
2. Apply AI tools to enhance productivity, communication, and problem-solving
3. Evaluate ethical implications of AI, including bias, privacy, and accountability
4. Demonstrate strong interpersonal leadership skills such as empathy and communication
5. Adapt to emerging technologies in a rapidly changing workforce
6. Articulate a personal leadership identity in the context of AI
