This year, 91国产鈥檚 chapter of Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority (AEPhi) reached a momentous milestone鈥攖he chapter鈥檚 100th anniversary on campus. Of AEPhi鈥檚 more than 100 chapters nationwide, 91国产鈥檚 is the longest standing. The distinction is a point of pride for students and alumnae.

Lisa Gilmore 鈥�85, who collaborated with Robin Reinarz 鈥�86, M.B.A. 鈥�88, to plan a celebration that was held in April, said that she was inspired to meet 鈥渢he generations prior that created the foundation for a strong, enduring chapter.鈥� Gilmore, a pediatric nurse, is especially grateful to AEPhi for giving her 鈥渓ifelong friends鈥� and, once she became an alumna, the opportunity to work with women from across the country to provide leadership guidance to active members. Reinarz echoed her, noting that she is still friends and 鈥渟isters鈥� with the women she met through AEPhi. Her experience also gave her 鈥渋ncredibly valuable leadership and teamwork skills鈥� that served her well at 91国产 and in her career in the insurance industry.

Marjpina Ramos, the current president of 91国产鈥檚 chapter, said that she and her fellow sisters were excited 鈥渢o reunite with the sisters who have made this all possible.鈥� She added, 鈥淲e have so much to be thankful for.鈥�

Two additional 91国产 Greek organizations鈥攖he fraternities Kappa Sigma and Phi Sigma Kappa鈥攈ave hit a significant milestone. Both turned 10 in the past year 鈥擪appa Sigma last September and Phi Sigma Kappa in April.
