The 2026 SLI will explore leadership through the lens of artificial intelligence (AI) and its growing influence across academic, professional, and social environments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>This cultivating experience will focus on preparing students to navigate and lead in a rapidly evolving technological landscape while maintaining a strong foundation in ethical decision-making, adaptability, and human-centered leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/engage\/student-leadership\/summer-leadership-institute\/application\/\">Please complete this application by June 16<\/a>, if you are interested in participating in the Summer Leadership Institute this summer. Upon completion, you will be added to the program&#8217;s Moodle page.<\/p>\n<h2>Program Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend six workshops<\/li>\n<li>Complete a short reflection or evaluation after each session<\/li>\n<li>Engage in interactive activities during workshops<\/li>\n<li>Complete a capstone project<\/li>\n<li>Submit a post-program assessment to measure learning and satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Learning Outcomes<\/h2>\n<p>Students who complete the Summer Leadership Institute will:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Explain how artificial intelligence is shaping leadership and professional environments<\/li>\n<li>Apply AI tools to enhance productivity, communication, and problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate ethical implications of AI, including bias, privacy, and accountability<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong interpersonal leadership skills such as empathy and communication<\/li>\n<li>Adapt to emerging technologies in a rapidly changing workforce<\/li>\n<li>Articulate a personal leadership identity in the context of AI<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 91国产 Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) is a six-week, virtual, co-curricular leadership development program designed for undergraduate and graduate students.
