Program Overview

The Leadership Fellows are distinguished students who exhibit exemplary scholarship, integrity, maturity and a well-rounded personality through active engagement and leadership across the University. They serve as ambassadors of 91¹ú²ú, gaining unique opportunities to interact with 91¹ú²ú’s Executive Fellows, alumni, and industry leaders.

By integrating the strengths of the Executive Fellows, the 91¹ú²ú Leadership Fellows Program will empower students and strengthen the University’s ties with its successful alumni, fostering a community of engaged and dynamic leaders.

Objectives

  • Develop Leadership Competencies: Foster critical leadership skills through targeted workshops and real-world applications.
  • Enhance Networking Opportunities: Facilitate connections with alumni, industry leaders and Executive Fellows.
  • Encourage Personal Growth: Promote self-awareness and personal development.
  • Prepare for Leadership Roles: Equip students for future leadership positions in various sectors.
  • Strengthen Alumni Engagement: Integrate alumni more deeply into the University community through the Executive Fellows Program.

Selection Process

  • Eligibility: Open to juniors, seniors and graduate students starting Fall 2025. The deans of each college will nominate the cohort.
  • Application: Candidates apply by highlighting their academic achievements, leadership experiences and a personal statement on their leadership aspirations.
  • Interview: Shortlisted candidates undergo a comprehensive interview process.
  • Selection: A committee will select 20 students for the program.
